Alivia Harrop, 8th grade, was presented with a certificate from the office of the Secretary of State and State Librarian Alexi Giannoulias for placing in the semi-final round of Letters About Literature, a statewide reading and writing competition offered by the Illinois State Library’s Illinois Center for the Book.
